What you get
- Custom vertical (9:16) short-form videos made for your business, with motion graphics and a professional voiceover.
- A free 10-second preview, one per business. No payment needed, and no obligation to buy.
- Full videos are paid packages: 3 videos for $249, or 8 videos for $549, paid up front. Your previewed video is included as one of them.
- Full videos are delivered as MP4 files through your private project page. Previews are for viewing only.
Delivery
We aim to deliver previews within 48 hours of receiving your details, and each full video within 48 hours of your order. If we’re going to be late, we’ll email you.
Revisions
Every full video includes one round of revisions. Request it from your project page within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
- If we can’t deliver a paid video, you get a full refund for that video.
- If you cancel a package before we start a video, you get a refund for every video we haven’t started.
- Because each video is custom work, delivered videos aren’t refundable. If something isn’t right, use your revision and we’ll fix it.
- To ask for a refund, email hi@getbluer.com with your business name. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Using your videos
Once a full video is delivered, you can use it anywhere, including social media and paid ads. You’re responsible for making sure anything you send us (logos, text, offers) is yours to use and accurate. We may show your video as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.
Your information
We use the details you send us only to make your video and contact you about it. We don’t sell your information. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number. We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform, which may set cookies in your browser.
